HDR Dynamic Photo Editing Program
My Favorite HDR program thus far is Photomatix, like I stated in my previous blog, but I have been checking out other types of hdr software. I wanna make sure Im getting the best, So last night I tried out Dynamic Photo HDR. I downloaded the trial version. It had some neat things to offer, let me show you.
Cool thing #1-It has a photo editor built into it. It's a stand alone program. After converting your program to hdr and tonemapping it, you can edit it in the program that is included with it. The stand alone program called Photo-bee offers a lot of color enhancement options, and filters. You can crop, resize, add different types of styles as well. This program offers a lot of the same editing tools that Photoshop offers, as well as similar menu selections, It doesnt provide the control and customization with all the awesome tools like Photoshop does, but If you dont have photoshop, or a photo editing program, then this one has quite a bit to offer!
Cool thing #2- You dont have to worry about having your bracketed images when you go to create your hdr file with this software. It can create the hdr image with the use of only one photo. It gives you the option of manually spacing out the exposure levels between the three images that it creates, and it also has 2 styles (auto adaptive and eye catching) that you can select from before the image is merged.
Cool thing #3-After the hdr image is created, you can move forward to the tone mapping process, AKA, the fun part! This program provides you with a ton of different customizable options, you can play around with Lots of filters, styles, and color options until you find the right style for your image.
This program is great for someone that is just starting out. It offers a lot of possibilities, and the price isn't bad either. It's pretty user friendly and the fact that this program includes a complete photo editing program along with it makes it even better! Go to the site http://www.mediachance.com and check it out for yourself, you can download the 15 day trial version (a watermark will be placed along the bottom just like on my images above)there as well as view the tutorial that it offers.
